My Bowel Movements Have Been Very Loose For A While,

My bowel movements have been very loose for a while, and I have usually gone at least twice a day, sometimes more. most times they are normal colored, sometimes black. The last two days the stool, and mostly the liquid that comes out with it, has been green. Not a dark green, either. Somewhere between pine green and Kelly green.
