My Boy Is 13 Months Now And Has Bad Throat,

My boy is 13 months now and has bad throat, had taken him to the child specialist he has given him moxikind cv syrup and salbutomal syrup and for fever he has given crocin syrup.
His throat is become bad now and I don't think he is recovering do I continue with the same medications or chance to something else please help me out I am really worried
