My Boyfriend And I Been Having Unprotected Sex For About

My boyfriend and I been having unprotected sex for about a year and a half and I never had no problems with anything till yesterday 9/29/15 .when I was takeing a shower and then I felt something wired on my vagina lip and it was a hard ball it didn't have a black dot so I know it's not a broil and when I try squeezing it nothing comes out but it hurts alot when I try squeezing it . My boyfriend and I never had any personal problems were both clean . Were also trying to have a baby but I have pcos and I was wondering if pre seed fertility friendly lubricant would work in your opinion?
