My Boyfriend And I Had Sex 23 Days Ago And

My boyfriend and I had sex 23 days ago and then again 20 days ago. My period is due in a week. I am experiencing hot flashes, discharge (more than normal) and tender breasts. Even though we used condoms and I took a plan b pill three days after the last time we had sex, could I be pregnant? Am I just being paranoid?
