My Boyfriend And I Had Sex And He Recently Bought

My boyfriend and I had sex and he recently bought the Trojan fire and ice and when we did it I didn't feel anything until he pulled out and it's been burning when I urinate. Today is the third day and everytime I pee it burns and specks of blood is on the toilet paper. Could this be because of the condom since supposibly they put real chili powder on the fire and ice condom? Also I have to urinate every couple of minutes and I get the specks of blood still.
