My boyfriend and I used a sex toy last night and lost it and didn't know where it went. He was also fisting my vagina and shoved it all the way up. I knew after we couldn't find it where it was. I felt a lot of pressure and like I needed to push like I was having a baby. I had abdominal pain and felt sick all day. It finally came out after 13/14 hours later. There was a lot of blood and I still have some abdominal pain and a lot of pain inside my vagina. Should I be concerned?
