My Boyfriend And I Were Drug Addicts. Two Weeks Before

My boyfriend and I were drug addicts. Two weeks before I found out I was pregnant we quit. My boyfriend had a slip and used meth. well later in the evening we ended up having sex so he could sleep and since we did I have felt sick and throughout the day today the baby has felt super heavy and like he was going to escape. He came inside of me too. And now I am wondering if meth can be in sperm like it can be in breast milk and if I should get a drug test to see how much he gave to me and the baby if it can and if it's the reason I feel like this?
