My Boyfriend Came At Me Last Friday. He Grabbed Me

My boyfriend came at me last friday. He grabbed me and threw me against the wall and I dont remember what else. I have been to the ER and they did tell me I have a concussion. I am having issues with me ears. They feel like there is lots of pressure and if I am on the computer to long my eyes get blurry. Is this normal or should i go back to er
