My Boyfriend Got Over Heated Two Days Ago, Felt Dizzy

My boyfriend got over heated two days ago, felt dizzy after that and came home early from work. The next day he said he was feeling run down and tired. He started getting a rash on the palms of his hands. Then today the rash was worse and now it is on his face and feet..he says his feet feel like athletes foot but not real itchy. The ones on his face and hands itch. There are a couple places where the ones on his face have come open and we're seeping clear liquid. We haven't changed anything. I have thought of everything that I can. He is treating it with a hydrocortisone anti itch creme and he is using a athletes foot spray on his feet. Help.
