My Boyfriend Got Overly Excited Last Night After We Had

My boyfriend got overly excited last night after we had been apart for a week and I was wearing a sexy outfit for him. He bit and squeezed my nipples really hard and they started bleeding. The bleeding stopped after about 10 mins and of course there is still tenderness today and little scabs. He is worried and apologized profusely, but the concern is that there is some permanent damage. Also, is there anything I can do to speed up the healing process? Thanks
