My Boyfriend Has A Back Issue That Was Shown On

My boyfriend has a back issue that was shown on mri. But besides lower back pain he has pain in buttocks, pain in back of legs, extreme testicle pain hip pain. He has trouble urinating normally, and trouble with regular bowel movements. He is in extreme pain all of the time and has a very difficult time sleeping because of it, even taking medications. Please help
