My Boyfriend Has A Dog With Fleas That Sleep On

My boyfriend has a dog with fleas that sleep on his bed and he has bad eczema and now it looks like flea bites and excezma on his penis and its very itchy what should he do? we use condoms everytime we had sex never without them but, you know they say u never know if he is creeping around but I dont suspect it !!! but I ask him nicely to keep the dog off his bed now look like the fleas have bit him all up, what should we do?
