My boyfriend has a lot joint stiffness and pain in his neck and shoulder area. He is also having numbness and tingling in his tricep area of both arms. He is 42 years old, an auto mechanic for the past 26 years, and he also had a neck injury that caused him to have vertigo. Do you have any suggestions as to what our next step should be? He does not have health insurance and has not been to a doctor yet.
