My Boyfriend Has A Pain In The Chest. When He

My boyfriend has a pain in the chest. When he consulted a physician he got to know that one of the branches of the aorta is swollen/bulged? Could it be AAA? please help. He is 24 years old and is not an active smoker, he does smoke and consume alcohol very rarely. But he gets tensed very easily. What should be done to bring him back to normal?Please help
