My boyfriend has a problem that occurs on and off. When he pees he says that it burns, but only in certain occasions. He says that when he holds his pee at work for more than an hour and then finally releases it, it burns. And he says that after he is able to ejaculate himself, it doesn't hurt anymore. Could this be caused by a tube issue, or by sperm count? He's trying cranberry juice at this moment to help.
