My Boyfriend Has Abrasions On His Penis That Did Not

My boyfriend has abrasions on his penis that did not heal with neosporin so I suggested an antifungal still has not healed. It has been 2 weeks and he will not see a doctor. This is not the first time. A small abrasion a couple of months ago that healed in about a week. He said he has had them before any suggestions ?
