My Boyfriend Has Blisters On His Toes. They Have Becme

My boyfriend has blisters on his toes. They have becme so irritated that they have even bled. We have tried bandaging them, putting ointments on them, soaking his feet among other ideas we found online and nothing seems to help. They are so bad that it hurts for him to walk. What can we do to help them heal faster and reduce the pain?
