My Boyfriend Has Cerebral Palsy, And One Leg Is Shorter

My boyfriend has cerebral palsy, and one leg is shorter than the other one, also he broke his knee on the other leg in 1985. He is 49 yrs. old. His body is getting severley out of alignment. and he does not use a special shoe to raise his heighth on the shorter leg. He works hard doing physical work all the time and doesn't want to go to a chiropractor for financial reasons. It seems to me he will be headed for some serious issues if he doesnt straighten his stature. What should he do? I really care about him.
