My Boyfriend Has Got A Bloodblister Next To / Connected

My boyfriend has got a bloodblister next to / connected to his spleen. Also there is a collection of blood in his pelvis. He did not have an accident. So far the doctors don't know where it might come from. They suggest to wait and see. They even say he can work but I am afraid the blister could burst and I imagine that could be very dangerous.
