My Boyfriend Has Had Kidney Issues His Whole Life.. He

My boyfriend has had kidney issues his whole life.. he has no insurance and is told to see a specialist. He is stubborn and won't go. He has been bad lately being almost 30 . Fate tired doesn't eat much. Pees blood which he says is better.. I'm worried he might have kidney failure diabetics run in his family as well.. we check that it's fine..
