My Boyfriend Has Had Some Genital Problems As Of Late,

My boyfriend has had some genital problems as of late, acute epididymitis that progressed and he took antibiotics for but now one of the little openings near his frenulum has become enlarged (the opening is larger) and is secreting a white substance. Curious if there are any other cases out there like this
