My Boyfriend Has High Blood Pressure, On Meds For That.

My boyfriend has high blood pressure, on meds for that. Today he is feeling out of sorts. Has a headache above left eye, feeling dizzy. Just doesn't feel well. Stomach hurts but not too bad. He complains that he's hot, sweating a lot but temp is only 97.6. Last couple of days I guess you could say that he hasn't been eating low sodium foods. Do you think that it's prob just that his blood pressure is elevated due to diet? Was just concerned about the sweating/low temp.
