My Boyfriend Has Testicular Pain Usually When Sitting Only. He

My boyfriend has testicular pain usually when sitting only. He did pull something awhile ago that caused blood to pool on his inner thighs and his physician didn't seem too concerned about this. Unfortunately he still suffers some pain while sitting (and he sits for his job on computers), any suggestions?
