My Boyfriend Has These Tiny Black Spots That Appear On

My boyfriend has these tiny black spots that appear on his inner cheeks. He is deathly afraid that they may be cancerous but they disappear and reappear in different locations and I thought that was indicitave of it being a different problem. Also, one of his tonsils appears to be decreasing in size. We recently had bloodwork done and are awaiting the results. Any help would be great. Thanks.
