My Boyfriend Hit His Head Getting Into Car And Suffered

My boyfriend hit his head getting into car and suffered a concussion. Ct scan showed swelling of the cerebellum. He has had incontinence since, urgency to urinate, and has shown post-concussion syndrome symptoms . Closed head injury occurred on 9/20/14 and has shown some improvement. He seemed to be falling to the left side and was favoring the left walking or driving. He also fell a few times due to balance and weakness problems. Is the incontinence/urgency problem part of , or caused by the head injury/concussion?
