My Boyfriend Is 16, 5ft6", Male, Very Athletic And Mentally

My boyfriend is 16, 5ft6", male, very athletic and mentally healthy. He has been having trouble breathing and burning sensations in his lungs since hes about 10. He sometimes coughs up blood, especially when he gets anxious about something. His heart sometimes skips beats and sometimes even stops for a couple seconds from time to time. It doesnt tick like a normal heart should. Like he says, it "makes weird sounds" and i agree.. He got a x-ray of his lungs 1year ago and he said there were white spots on his lungs.. He uses a Puffer but it's far away of keeping away the his pain. What is this??
