My boyfriend is getting stomach cramps after eating spicy food. worst case scenarios, the cramps would lead to incapacity to pass stool. and when he gets the urge to go to toilet, but can't do it, he would lose consciousness. what could be the reason for it? I was reading about vagus nerve etc..
