My Boyfriend Just Got Home He Was Highly Medicated Today

My boyfriend just got home he was highly medicated today due to a procedure on his tooth, he is laying down and I just took his pulse it was 96bpm and he is only 19. Tried to get his bp and he wouldn't cooperate so I couldn't see the dial, I am really freaking out.
