My boyfriend often cleans his penis and scrotum with rubbing Alchol. He recently had severe redness and a sore on the shaft of his penis, it's been almost 3weeks. He said he fell asleep with an Alchol soaked paper towel around himself, could Alchol cause this and also could it take such a long time to heal, or could it be something else?
