My Boyfriend Shot Me Up Last Night And When He

My boyfriend shot me up last night and when he pulled the needle out it instantly swelled and has a knot In it . it is also in the same place that the hospital blew my vein out. The area is red an warm it doesn't really hurt and it really didn't burn when he shot me up . please help
