My Boyfriend Smokes Weed Before He Comes To See Me

My boyfriend smokes weed before he comes to see me and when he gets here he makes out with me Then we end you going to sleep for and hour I wake up I have a bump on my tongue Then within maybe 20 or 30 mins later it's gone.and it never comes back till he makes out with me and there's weed on he's breath. what's going on??!!
