My Boyfriend Used Scented Lotion As A Lubricant During Sex

My boyfriend used scented lotion as a lubricant during sex and now my vagina (vagina and hymen) are extremely irritated. It burns when I urinate, it's almost too painful to even touch. I noticed earlier that I had a sticky/gooey discharge (that I assume was my vagina expelling the lotion because I haven't had the discharge since, and the discharge did not have a foul smell). I've been soaking in the bath and that temporarily relieves pain, but I don't know what else to do. Should I wait another day and see if the irritation begins to fade/wane, or should I try to get in to see a doctor? Is there anything I can do at home to help alleviate this discomfort and speed up the healing process?
