My Boyfriend Walked Into Our Hotel Room, Kind Of Fainted

My boyfriend walked into our hotel room, kind of fainted on the bed but was still conscious. He complains of a headache that hurts in his temples and an upset stomach, also asked me why the room was spinning. (No alcohol or drugs involved). We have had two meals today, and he's been hydrated (at least I thought.) I gave him tylonal and tums and a few glasses of water. Nothing is getting better and his face is flushed. Wondering what to do here? He is laying down now
