My Boyfriend Was At The Hospital For One Week And

My boyfriend was at the hospital for one week and was diagnosed with pneumonia. He was released today..however, they just told him he was improving but he still gets short of breath easily. Also, they prescribed him two antibiotics. Is it possible he is not completely cured? Should we look for a second opinion?
