My Boyfriend Was Having A Heart Attack And They Put

My boyfriend was having a heart attack and they put a stent in about four months ago. Since then he is like a different person to the point I feel like I don't know him anymore. He is completely insensitive to others feelings. He's very hateful and blows up over the smallest things. Its awful and getting worse and he won't see a doctor. I don't know what to do.
