My Boyfriend Was Hit On The Left Side Of His

My boyfriend was hit on the left side of his head. He has gone through surgery where they removed part of his skull and blood clots less than a week ago. He is currently on a ventilator and mildly sedated. He does responded to verbal stimulus and opened his eyes. In general turns what is the timeline for him to be taken off the ventilator, sedation, out of ICU, etc
