My Boyfriend Woke Me Up And He's Complaining That He's

My boyfriend woke me up and he's complaining that he's shortness of breath and his nose is stuffed and his heart beat is 80 his blood prsessure is 126 over 86 .he feels like his heart beat is beating real fast and he also thinks he is going to have a heart attack. What should i do? or do you think its a heart attack? because i was sick not to long ago and i just now got over the flu so i think maybe he caught it or something i don't know. Should i take him to the emergency room or what should i do?
