My Boyfriend Woke Up Today In Extreme Thoracic Spinal And

My boyfriend woke up today in extreme thoracic spinal and neck pain. He also has a rash on his back and stomach/chest. Some dizziness when standing, slight headache, fatigue, and some pain in lower extremities. Should he go to an ER or should he wait until Wednesday to see his family doctor?
