My Boyfriend Works In A Resturaunt And Some Hot Grease

My boyfriend works in a resturaunt and some hot grease splashed up into his eye and some chunks from the burger he was cooking got in there as well it seems. He has been washing It with cold water or the last 20 minutes. We have been using some eye irritation drops off and on through this time as well. His eye is very swollen and he has blurred vision and cannot see out of his eye. What should he do?
