My Bp Was 130/80 This Morning. Tonight It Is 144/93.

My bp was 130/80 this morning. Tonight it is 144/93. I have a headache. Usually it like 130/85 in the evenings and weekends little lower in the mornings. I am thirty years old, 5'4", 140lbs, mother of three. I exercise regularly like sit-ups mainly to keep my tummy trim. My blood pressure was always very good until like the last 6 months. I was sitting on the couch watching tv when I took my bp with an automatic arm cuff. I took it 3times and it was consistent with my heart rate under 70 bpm. Usually in the am my pulse is above 90 bpm even before coffee.
