My Brain MRI Says: There Are A Few Small Plaque-like

My brain MRI says: There are a few small plaque-like areas of increased signal in the subcortical white matter of both hemispheres on FLAIR images consistent with changes of aging/small vessel disease. Otherwise there is normal T1 and T2 signal involving the right and left hemispheres." I am being seen by a rheumatologist and neuro-opthalmologist for Lupus with secondary Sjogren's. I am only 60 years old, and never had any health problems until this Lupus nastiness overcame me. I am concerned about all of it, but particularly the part I quoted from my MRI report. Any impressions?
