My Brain Feels Really Foggy, Like I'm Thinking In Slow

My brain feels really foggy, like I'm thinking in slow motion. Everything takes a while to process and I have to put an extreme amount of energy into focusing on anything. I also feel nauseated easily and have been having the chills on and off. None of which is normal for me. I should also note that I have hypothyroidism as well as anxiety and depression.
