My Breaker Blew Today So Naturally I Went Down And

My breaker blew today so naturally I went down and flipped the switch, but after I did I shut the panel to it and when I did I got a big shock through my hand and arm, my hand and arm are in pain and my chest feels weird and I also have a headache, should I be concerned? It was only a good 2/3 seconds of shock
