My Breasts Are Very Sore. They Hurt To Touch Or

My breasts are very sore. They hurt to touch or to put on a bra. I am not currently in my menstrual cycle. A couple of days ago when I looked at them in the mirror I felt like they were discolored like almost black in color. Now they are just my normal color, but very painful. Should I be concerned.
