My Breath Smells Like Like Farts And Sometimes Feces When

My breath smells like like farts and sometimes feces when I eat eggs, beef, or eat cheese. I have pain an swelling in my abdominal area with pain and soreness in the area under my right breast. I have pain on my right side and in the middle of my back. I've had several procedures and test done upper GI twice, ultrasounds (abdominal), CT scan (abdominal), and colonoscopy. All the test can back negative so what is wrong with me and how to fix it?
