My Brother Had Head Injury In A Road Accident.on 21

My brother had head injury in a road accident.on 21 january. He had tracheostomy on 22 and then from 23 january he is having fever . He is in sense and open eyes when pain given and also moves his hand and feet but on 27 january he gone more serious and we have to shift him in another private hospital here we come to know he have infection in place of tracheostomy and there is puss inside and since then doctor treating him with antibiotics ..doctor have had also culture test of cuff and they give antibioticsaccording to that particular bacteria..but he is still having fever all the time..sometimes it's rises to 105 f . Doctors are also confused I think why antibiotics are not working.. they also tried antifungal for 2 days..but fever still remain same.. it's rises between 100 to 105 degree Fahrenheit.
I need your help..please tell me what to do please.. I m begging you..
