My Brother Had Surgery For Squamous Cell Carcinoma On His

My brother had surgery for squamous cell carcinoma on his right mandible, sinus area to his lower jaw. He went through radiation and one of the side effects is the right side of his skull just above his right eye is caving in. What would cause that effect?
