My Brother Has 3 Heart Arteries That Are Blocked Result

My brother has 3 heart arteries that are blocked result from his angiogram procedure. On top of that he has poor liver, acute kidney and malignant tumor caused by hemorrhoids which is still operable but after he will need to go through chemo. To remove tumor he has to go through multiple by pass acdg to couple specialists for his heart may not handle such surgery. Either way it's not looking good to go through any surgery and if able...the liver and kidney problem still exists. My brother at first is willing to go through the heart procedure but as time goes he's no longer interested because he feels if he survives then he's facing dialysis and failed liver. What do you think will be best for us to do. Please advise.
