My Brother Has IBM. He Has Had Aspiration Pneumonia Several

My brother has IBM. He has had aspiration pneumonia several times since May of 2016. His lung keep gathering ? He now has a feeding tube and is in the hospital. The weather is bad here and I am over an hour away from the hospital. What should I expect? Is this the last stage of this disease?
