My Brother Has Cancer Of The Esophagus. He Has Undergone

My brother has cancer of the esophagus. He has undergone chemotherapy and radiation therapy. They did the pet scan and found that the cancer has spread to his omentom. They started a more aggressive chemo. He did not tolerate it well. What should the next step be?
